    Russ Saladin's father Charlie, founded St. James Volkswagen Audi in 1971 with the idea that a business will only last as long as its respect and appreciation for its clients.


    Russ followed in his father's footsteps, taking over the dealership in 1992 when Charlie retired and has since led the business with his devotion to client satisfaction. Russ continues to operate the dealership using Charlie's "Do the Right Thing" motto and implements that logic throughout the building.

    As president, Russ is very hands-on and has a passion for engaging each client with the Audi Experience. That passion has carried Russ successfully through 33 years at St. James Volkswagen Audi, where he's held nearly every position.

    Jody grew up with the automotive industry in her household, spending her entire life developing the skills to educate, train and motivate her staff with a direct focus on the people.     Dan has seen the ultimate expression of Audi Quattro through his nine years of employment at St. James Audi. He works with Audi's 'Inspire by Excellence' motto, while maintaining a down-to-earth, friendly attitude. And he always has a way of showing you all the attributes of Audi's DNA.

    Jeff has been with St. James Audi for five+ years and works with the 'Learning to See' concept. Slowing down and guiding his clients through the Audi experience is his forte.
